1875 - 2nd class survivor Mrs Ada E. Ball was born to William Hall and Laura M. Powell Hall in Bromley, Kent, England, UK.

1917 - 2nd class survivor Mrs Mary Dunbar Hewlett died of septicaemia in Naini Tal, India at the age of 61.

1912 - Day 15 of the American inquiry into the Titanic disaster in Washington, D. C., USA. Witness called that day: Maurice Farrell of Dow, Jones & Co.

1912 - Day 5 of the British inquiry into the Titanic disaster in Westminster, London, England, UK. Witnesses called that day: First Saloon Night Watchman James Johnson, Trimmer Thomas Patrick Dillon, Greaser Thomas Ranger, Trimmer George Cavell, Fireman Alfred Shiers, and Leading Fireman Charles Hendrickson.

1866 - Stewardess and survivor Mrs Emma Bliss was born to the Junod family in Rolle, Switzerland.

Cast and Crew: Frances Fisher


Frances Fisher was born in 1952 in England. Moving several times during her childhood years, her travels finally stopped in Orange Texas when she was in seventh grade. She was married for two years in the seventies to Billy Mack Hamilton, and gave birth to Clint Eastwood's daughter Francesca, who played her daughter in "The Stars Fell on Henretta." Having been in numerous movies, plays, and shows, Titanic was the icing on the cake to this woman's long repertoire.

Starting out in television Frances made her impact there, starting with "The Edge of Night" as Det. Deborah "Red" Saxon from 1976-1981. She followed this role with Suzette Saxton in "The Guiding Light." In 1985, she played a reoccurring role in "The Equalizer" as Francesca. She also had a cameo on "Newhart" in 1982 as Libby and appeared in "Matlock" (1986) as Nancy Proctor. Finally, Frances played a reoccurring role following her Titanic appearence as Dr. Elizabeth Carson in "Becker."

Frances started her career as a silver screen actress in "Can She Bake a Cherry Pie" (1983) as Louise. Following this movie, she was in the made for tv movie Broken Vows (1987), Tough Guys Don't Dance (1987) as Jessica Pond, Heart (1987) as Jeannie, Patty Hearst (1988) as Yolanda, Heavy Petting (1998) as herself, Bum Rap (1988), the made for tv movie Cold Sassy Tree (1989) as Loma, Pink Cadillac (1989) as Dinah, Lost Angels (1989) as Judith Loftis, and rounding out the 80's in the made for tv movie Elysian Fields (1989) as Violet Coffin.

In the 90's Frances continued her whirlwind of making movies, seeming to stop for a breath. In 1990 she portrayed Miss Marge in the tv movie Sudie and Simpson, following with the tv movie A Promise to Keep (1990) as Sarah, Welcome Home, Roxy Carmichael (1990) as Rochelle Rossetti, L.A. Story (1991) as June, the tv movie Lucy & Desi: Before the Laughter (1991) as Lucille Ball, Frame Up (1991) as Jo Westlake, Unforgiven (1992) as Strawberry Alice, the made for tv movie Devlin (1992) as Maryellen, the made for tv movie Attack of the 50 ft. Woman (1993) as Dr. Cushing, the made for tv movie Praying Mantis (1993) as Betty, Molly & Gina (1993) as Molly McKenna, Deadly Conspiracy (1993) as Jo Baker, Babyfever (1994) as Rosie, The Stars Fell on Henrietta (1995) as Cora Day, the made for tv movie Other Mother: A Moment of Truth Movie (1995) as Carol Schaefer, Striptease (1996) as Donna Gracia, Female Perversions (1996) as Annunciata, Wild Ameria (1997) as Agnes Stouffer, Do Me a Favor (1997) as Librarian, Titanic (1997) as Ruth DeWitt Bukater, True Crime (1999) as Cecilia Nussbaum, The Big Tease (1999) as Candy Harper, The Rising Place (1999) as Virginia Wilder, in the made for tv movie The Audrey Hepburn Story (2000) as Ella Hepburn, and finally Gone in Sixty Seconds (2000) as Junie.

Frances is still in the theater, and working on films.
