1888 - 3rd class survivor Miss Kate Connolly was born. 1912 - Day 24 of the British inquiry into the Titanic disaster in Westminster, London, England, UK. Witnesses called that day: Professional Member of the Marine Department of the Board of Trade Alfred Young, Captain of the Canada Richard Owen Jones, Captain of the Atlantic Transport Line Edwin Galton Cannons, and Surveyor for the Board of Trade in Belfast Francis Carruthers. 1974 - Steward and survivor Mr Leo James Hyland died at the age of 81. |
